What is Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP)?

SWP allows an investor to withdraw a fixed or variable amount from their mutual fund scheme on a preset date every month/quarter.

The corpus is reduced by the withdrawal amount periodically, while the remaining balance continues to earn interest/returns.
